The Monotype® Library, OpenType® Edition is our newest collection of classic and contemporary professional fonts which has been expanded to include the latest Monotype releases.

The Monotype Library, OpenType Edition offers a uniquely versatile range of fonts. New additions include eye-catching display faces such as the Smart Sans™ design, workhorse texts such as the Bembo Book™, Mentor™ and Mosquito™ Formal designs plus the cutting edge Neo Sans™ & Neo Tech™ fonts. Classic typefaces include the Plantin®, Gill Sans®, Rotis® typefaces among many other timeless designs.

The OpenType format introduces the ability to work with more extensive character sets which can be contained in one single font file. Within one weight, for example, expert characters can be easily available. This makes for faster more flexible typography.
