Jun Tomita

A designer capable of creating exceptional designs in both two and three dimensions, Jun Tomita was born in Kyoto, Japan, but received his formal educated at New York University in the United States. After graduation, he worked for a short period of time for a New York architectural and product design firm before returning to Japan to continue his career in product and graphic design.

The winner of several international awards for his three-dimensional product designs, Monolith is Tomita’s first typeface design.
